We loved the spacious and well air-conditioned rooms, along with the lovely pool and refreshing showers. The staff, especially Rae, went above and beyond to assist us, suggesting an upgrade to an executive room with great perks. The hotel's location near the airport, on top of a supermarket and close to shops, restaurants, and massage shops, was incredibly convenient.
Couldn't find any faults at all.
The room was spacious, clean, and had lovely accessories like soaps and tea/coffee. The staff were all polite, friendly, and efficient. The hotel is located in an interesting area with useful transportation options. The neighborhood is full of excellent and affordable restaurants. The hotel also offers great value for money.
No negatives from this place.
My stay at the hotel was made even better by the attentive and helpful staff, especially Rae. She suggested upgrading to an executive room, which provided a larger room, complimentary breakfast, Happy Hour snacks and drinks, and even two hours of lounge access at the airport. The rooms themselves were more than adequate and provided a comfortable stay. The location of the hotel was also ideal, being only 20 minutes away from the airport, Sentosa, and the city center. the nearby shops and restaurants created a friendly and enjoyable atmosphere during evening walks.
Almost perfect. However, some aspects could have been improved.
