The cleanliness was top-notch, with spotless rooms and common areas. The hotel facilities were fantastic, especially the parking garage, which was fully covered and convenient to access. The location was perfect, as it was within walking distance of Northern Arizona University campus and historic downtown, making it easy to explore the city. being near the Lowell Observatory, our main destination in this city, allowed us to enjoy mesmerizing views of the night sky. The breakfast provided was delicious and varied, and the staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

We had a fantastic stay with very friendly and helpful staff. The room was spotlessly clean and the hotel facilities were excellent. The location on Knoles Dr was perfect for in-town sightseeing, with many restaurants nearby. The breakfast offered a wide selection of delicious options.

So close to everything we like to do in this city, from attending meetings at the conference center to exploring the historic downtown. The hotel is also conveniently located near the NAU campus. The cleanliness of the hotel and the spacious and comfortable rooms exceeded our expectations. The staff was friendly and accommodating, providing early check-in and late check-out upon request. The complimentary breakfast and dinner were a huge benefit, saving us money and providing delicious options. the hotel facilities and amenities were top-notch, making our stay enjoyable and convenient.
